1HR TRAINING SESSIONS
Sessions reflect your goals and needs. We will typically have a warm up, total body workout, resistance training, a core focus and a cool down. What that actually looks like depends on you - lifting, HIIT, gentle functional movement, tabata, breaks to natter (and catch your breath!) - whatever you need and love!
REGULAR METRIC TRACKING
This will depend on what works for you personally. We’ll decide the best way to assess your progress (weight, dress size, body fat, measurements, mood, etc) and how often to do that (daily, weekly, monthly).
